Conservation project and construction addition for residences. In the heart of the Kerem Avraham neighborhood in Jerusalem.

The project combines an existing two-story building with Jerusalem construction characteristics, an addition of 3 residential floors, a basement floor and the addition of a commercial function.

The project deals with connecting a new building to an old one, with a construction texture that pays respect to the existing structure and echoes of elements in the new building.

הפרויקט משלב בין מבנה קיים בעל שתי קומות עם מאפייני בניה ירושלמים , תוספת של 3 קומות מגורים , קומת מרתף והוספת פונקציה של מסחר.

הפרויקט עוסק בחיבור מבנה חדש לישן , במרקם בניה שנותן כבוד למבנה הקיים והדהודים של אלמנטים במבנה החדש.
