Head Architect Yfat Binenbaum

A public project containing three functions: 4 classrooms for kindergarten, 4 classrooms for day care and a synagogue.

In the planning process, a lot of thought was given to leveraging the topography, planning separate entrances for each of the functions and dividing the built-up areas of the 1,200 square meters. At the end of the process, a mix was created that succeeded in the challenge of an educational building and avoiding institutional fences on the street. For this building that produces facades to the main streets There are almost no fences and yet the privacy of each function is preserved.

A shaded public square with a seating tribune is also planned for the use of the neighborhood and the synagogue island and the young users of the educational building.

פרויקט ציבורי המכיל שלוש פונקציות : 4 כיתות עבור גן ילדים , 4 כיתות עבור מעון יום ובית כנסת.  

בתהליך התכנון ניתנה מחשבה רבה עבור מינוף הטופוגרפיה, תכנון כניסות נפרדות לכל אחת מהפונקציות וחלוקת השטחים הבנויים של ה-1,200 מ"ר . בסופו של התהליך נוצר תמהיל אשר צלח את האתגר של מבנה חינוך והימנעות מגדרות מוסדיים על הרחוב. למבנה זה המייצר חזיתות לרחובות הראשיים כמעט ואין גדרות ועם זאת נשמרת הפרטיות של כל פונקציה.   

כמו כן מתוכננת כיכר ציבורית מוצלת עם טריבונת ישיבה לשימוש השכונה ובאי בית הכנסת והמשתמשים הצעירים של מבנה החינוך.
